Both the Saints and Ravens are going up against shoddy defenses. The Ravens had major issues on offense Monday, but DMase has consistently been the team's go-to receiver all year. He's got a ton of receptions, even if they haven't resulted in a lot of fantasy points. He managed to get over 70 yards against the Bengals the first game of this season, and the Bengals defense is worse now than it was then. I could see him snagging a TD in this game.

As for Patten? He's done well the past couple of weeks, but he's also competing with Reggie Bush and Marques Colston for touches. The main problem on the Rams defense is their run D. Their pass D is actually pretty decent... they're ranked 13th there. The Saints are still going to get their yards and points, but Patten might not. Then again, the 49ers are ranked right below St. Louis at 14 and Patten had his best fantasy game of the year last week against them.

What say you, fantasy know-it-mosts?
DMase has been very consistent this season. He won't put up anything huge, but depending on your scoring system, he'd be the better bet, IMO.

A PPR league or one that isn't TD heavy (1 pt per 10 yds vs 1 for 20), I'd suggest DMase.

I'm not in a PPR league. I just mentioned that because since he gets a lot of receptions he's got more of an opportunity for yards and possible TD's. But he's only scored 2 TD's all year.

Still, he is a lot more consistent this year. He's not had under 5 receptions in any game he's played in.... hmm. In light of that little tidbit, debate's over. I'm going with Mase. lol
