Normally, I wouldn't even ask that question, but Brady is coming off a BYE and could possibly be rusty (yeah, I know... hahahaha) and Warner is going up against the Bengals defense.
The safe bet is going with Brady, and Warner could possibly be knocked out of the game if that left arm is hit just right. But he's got the potential to put up some gawdy numbers tomorrow.

It's not too far fetched. Brady tied his "worst" fantasy game this year against Indy and then went into the BYE thinking about it.
Warner last week had 18 points (ESPN league) against a relatively better defense than the one he'll face this week.
That being said... I'll probably start Brady.

Tom Brady is putting up record numbers, and his "worst" game against Indy still had 3 TD's and 255 passing yards, and got me 25 points in my yahoo league that week, and the only thing Brady "thought" about going into the buy week was that they beat Indy and are still undefeated...Basically, benching Tom Brady at all this year would be a crime.

Just know that if I lose for having not started Warner I'm going to come looking for you. 
No-brainer. Don't give that much consideration to outside influences like matchup, bye weeks, etc. At QB, start the more talented player (at least fantasy-wise, which usually isn't too different from "real life") every single time.
